Placing an order with Caucasian Hair is easy. Once you have had an opportunity to visit our website you can either order via our online service or contact our friendly Caucasian Hair customer service. We are available from Monday-Saturday: 8.00am-9.00pm to answer your questions and complete your order by phone.

Shipping

Caucasian Hair company policy is to provide you with timely delivery service. Orders are processed and posted daily, via Royal Mail for the UK and DHL for international orders. Please, allow 3-4 days for standard delivery in the UK. Express and overnight delivery is available in the UK for orders placed before 12:00pm. For international orders a tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been posted. Should the items you wish to purchase be out of stock you will be notified immediately, and of the new delivery date.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please remember to place your order with utmost attention. All Natural Hair products are final and non-refundable. Exchanges are accepted (Exchanges are made by unclean hair e.g. nets and too much gray hair). Shipment charges will be made on all exchanges by the customers. Please note that exchanges can only be accepted by telephone confirmation. Because of hygienic reasons exchanges are accepted - only for items which are UNOPENED AND UNUSED; all exchanges must be returned in the original package. Exchanges on retail hair are to be made within 10 working days.

Wholesale Orders

Our wholesale orders start from 5kg. Because our wholesale products are customize according to specific description of our customers there are no refund and exchanges accepted. (Exchanges are made by unclean hair e.g. nets and too much gray hair) For wholesale orders outside the UK, we accept payment via Western Union or bank transfer (for other transfer options please contact our wholesale team).
