Caucasian hair is designed to offer European client a quality selection of the finest 100% natural hair from Russia , Georgia and Spain. We made this selection to suite all European hair textures from a much finer hair to a strong hair texture.

According to our research we have finally come to the conclusion that a lager percentage of the hair sold on the market is not the real European hair but rather processed (dyed) Asian hair.

At Caucasian hair we have made it our duty to work very closely with our hair donors in the various countries to provide our clients with genuine (grade A) European hair. Our Caucasian hair is originally in bulk (loose hair also called pony's) which are than been manufactured into pre tipped hair and sometimes micro thin weft for hair extension use. We offer these in all popular colour shades which will make it easier to find a suitable colour.

In contrast, "European hair" is soft in quality, feels, moves and reacts like naturally growing hair and is more manageable. However, it is difficult to obtain and is therefore more expensive. When acquiring a bulk hair or a weave it is important to be aware of these differences. If a natural look is required, it is essential to use European hair.

What are the differences between Remy and Non Remy Hair?

Remy Hair:

The upper and lower ends of the hair are kept in their natural state in their respective brushing or combing order thus maintaining the cuticles. The texture of the Remy hair is silky soft with subtle waves. It is sometimes referred to as Cuticle Hair, Virgin Hair or Cut Hair. This type of hair is mostly worn by celebrities.

Non Remy Hair:

The upper and lower ends of the hair are mixed.

What is the difference between Single drawn & Double drawn Hair?

Remy Single Drawn Hair:

The Remy single drawn is a high quality hair texture which has been trimmed in the same direction from the upper to the lower ends. This creates a natural layered look for the client.

Remy Double Drawn Hair:

This hair is trimmed at both ends leaving the upper and lower parts in their respective natural condition.

Bulk hair is also described as loose hair which is than pre tipped / pre bonded or Nail tipped for Micro Rings hair extensions, the new Brazilian hair extension technique and fusion extensions technique. Bulk hair is also used for braiding.

Hair that is Hand Tied at the upper ends and which unlike the regular machine weft is thinner, less bulky and lighter in volume with more gaps. A hand tied weft is also called micro thin weft.

What is a Micro Thin Weft?

The Hand Tied Micro Thin Weft also reduces the bulkiness of the weft track when it is woven and also because it is hand tied using three threads it creates very thin close-in rows which allows the hair to flow freely.

What are the colours for my order?

The Russian and Georgian hair comes brown and blond tones whiles the Spanish Hair often comes in darker colours starting from black to light brown tones.

We also have a selection of colour processed European hair which can be in this case from either Russia or Georgia, this can be found in most of the colours on the colour chart when on stock.
